literature of the study focuses on the importance of different trust factors
that consumers perceive when it comes to e-commerce.  A great number of studies,
researches, and write-ups has been conducted. To show the advantages and
disadvantages of conducting questionnaire. Due to lack of understanding for the
respondent; researchers were provided with data, by using convenience
sampling.  Researchers were able to
choose those respondents that are participating in the survey. In conclusion, consumer
trust is multi dimensions, and is difficult to define.
